Westchester Group Therapy

Westchester Group Therapy offers effective and affordable therapy in groups, as well as sliding scale individual therapy for children, adolescents and young adults. Our clinicians believe that group therapy can fundamentally improve symptoms and that the warmth and connection found in a group provide transformative opportunities for growth and healing. We are trained in a range of interventions, so that our groups can respond to the needs of our clients. Individual therapy at affordable rates allows our clients who do not already have individual therapists to obtain additional treatment and support when they need it. We aim to make treatment widely accessible, and we prioritize working collaboratively with clients' already established providers, and we offer individual therapy for clients who need it.
