Individual Therapy for Children and Adolescents

We offer affordable individual treatment for child, adolescent and young adult clients for whom we do not have an appropriate group or during periods where they may need more support than group therapy alone can provide. We offer this kind of individual support for clients who do not already have established therapy relationships and who need affordable treatment. 

Our approach to individual therapy brings together a range of treatment approaches, aiming to center each individual's needs and personality. We use skills based activities and play therapy to help our clients understand underlying problems and to feel better about themselves at home and school. Our priority is to build strong, empathetic relationships with children and their parents, and use therapy to allow families to explore problems, increase children's self esteem, and establish healthier new patterns.
