Westchester Group Therapy offers clients concrete skills development, social bonding, and processing of interpersonal patterns and life experiences. Our providers are trained in a range of treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral, DBT, group and family systems. We work collaboratively with one another and with other providers to help our clients function better at school, at home, and among their peers, and to feel stronger in their own capacity to cope with life stressors and confidently navigate challenges.
WGT aims to make mental health treatment more accessible to a range of client groups. We design our groups to meet the particular needs that we learn of through our own practices and our referral network’s recommendations. We accept referrals from physicians, schools, pediatricians, individual therapists and clinics. If clients need individual therapy, we can offer sliding scale treatment for clients not yet ready for a group or while they wait for a group that meets their needs.
We are located at 25 Wheeler Ave, Pleasantville NY, and also offer remote groups and individual sessions when needed.
